Outsourcing and financial institutions seminar: three hats - customer, provider, funder

Continuing our focus on best practice in outsourcing, Olswang hosted a seminar focussing on outsourcing by and with financial institutions and parties who deal with them.  The nature of financial institutions requires a particular approach to outsourcing arrangements and in the current economic climate, "best practice" continues to evolve.  The seminar considered outsourcing by financial institutions, outsourcing with financial institutions and lending into outsourcing transactions and to outsourcing providers.
