Karen Sokoll


Karen is an Associate in the Media, Communications and Technology Group

Karen specialises in media and telecommunications law. She has advised on matters including broadcasting, telecoms regulation particularly in the context of corporate transactions, state aid law, youth protection, data protection and advertising. Previously Karen worked as a General Counsel with the German Commission on Concentration in the Media (KEK) for almost eight years where she dealt with all recent takeovers related to nationwide TV broadcasters and their parent companies.
