Dr Christoph Enaux, LLM is an associate in the Media, Communications and Technology Group and the Regulatory & Competition Group of our German office

Christoph advises clients from the media and communications industries on commercial, regulatory and competition matters. He has a specific expertise in telecoms regulation, in particular access and fee regulation, broadcasting regulation and the application of competition law in the media and telecoms sector. Further to his sector-specific work, he advises clients on EU and German merger control, antitrust investigations and competition law aspects of commercial agreements.

Christoph is recognised as a leading lawyer for media and telecoms law by various domestic and international legal directories.

Prior to joining Olswang, Christoph worked for 5 years in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group of Linklaters.
