Christine's IP and MCT practice covers all aspects of the protection , acquisition , exploitation and enforcement of IP rights , whether trade marks , designs and models, copyrights or patents . She has significant experience in dealing with IT issues including e-commerce issues and data protection . She also has significant experience in commercial transactions in IP and MCT related sectors including licensing, acquisitions and due diligence as well as in general commercial litigation . She provides these services to a wide range of clients including Music Producers, Publishers, Media Investors, Advertising Agencies, the Fashion industry and others.

She currently holds positions in Belgium as a member of the Council for the Intellectual Property and as a Third -party -decider with Cepina for domain name disputes.
