Helen is an internationally recognised IP expert advising on a wide range of non-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters with particular emphasis on the protection, enforcement and management of brands in the UK and internationally. Helen's experience includes advising clients in a wide variety of industries on strategic issues affecting the exploitation, enforcement, acquisition and restructuring of portfolios of intellectual rights. Clients recently advised include major rights owners in the pharmaceutical, tobacco, fashion, alcoholic beverages, consumer goods and banking sectors.
