Caroline works in both the residential and commercial property law sector and specialises in dealing with high net worth individuals, UK and off shore companies in their purchase and sale of investment properties. She also advises on residential tenancy agreements and enfranchisement issues in conjunction with the real estate litigation group.

Recent experience includes the purchasing of a mixed use scheme at a prime location on Old Street roundabout with subsequent plot sales of both residential and commercial units, dealing with the sale of a former MOD site and working with high net worth individuals in the purchase of prestigious homes.
