Priya Nagpal


Priya is a Barrister in the Intellectual Property Group

Priya was called to the Bar in 2002 and is a Hardwicke, Lord Denning and Shelford scholar of Lincoln's Inn. Priya has experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters, covering the range of intellectual property rights including patents, trade marks, copyright and design rights. Priya has experience of intellectual property litigation from a number of trials and applications in the Trade Marks Registry, Patents County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
