Marc Dautlich


Marc is a Partner in the Technology Group and Head of Data Protection

Marc has a broad technology and outsourcing practice and is Head of the firm's Data Protection Unit. His work involves complex infrastructure projects in both the public and private sector, encompassing IT and business process outsourcing, software development and licensing, data protection and privacy, and e-commerce matters. Marc is a member of the Firm's Outsourcing Group and of the Open Source Unit, and launched the firm's data protection blog, Datonomy, (www.datonomy.blogspot.com) in 2009. Prior to joining Olswang, Marc served as legal counsel at Equifax, and he has also been seconded from the Firm to legal projects at Microsoft.
