Charles Kerrigan


Charles is a Partner in the Finance Group and Head of Structured Finance & Securitisation

Charles acts on a broad range of financings with particular emphasis on structured and strategic finance. He acts for domestic and international lenders and for investors, funds and other institutions and organisations. Charles' experience covers a range of transactions and assets in particular including real estate and intellectual property assets.

Charles is recommended in the Legal 500 and lectures at the College of Law and at The London School of Economics and Political Science.

He writes for the Journal of International Banking and Financial Law, Bloomberg Financial Services Law Review and International Accountant. He has practiced in both London and New York.
