Over the last 25 years he has guided many of the world's leading communications companies in a vast array of deals related to fixed, mobile, other wireless and satellite-based services. His work encompasses commercial and corporate transactions, regulation (including regulatory disputes and challenges), competition law and general advisory work in the communications, IT and general high-tech sectors.
