Joel advises on contentious and non-contentious matters in all areas of intellectual property law. He has particular expertise in trade mark, passing off and copyright litigation, as well as advising on trade mark portfolio and domain name strategy. He also regularly advises on a range of online infringement issues including domain name recovery, anti-spam and anti-phishing litigation.
