Amy is a Partner in the Corporate Group

Amy specialises in corporate work for private and public companies, advising (amongst other things) on joint ventures, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions. She also has considerable experience of acting for companies and sponsors, nominated advisers and brokers on IPOs and fundraisings. She regularly provides advice to a number of Main Market and AIM listed clients, often companies she has represented on listing, in relation to a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters.

In addition, she has particular experience of the real estate, leisure and retail sectors and has advised on numerous corporate property acquisitions and disposals, property unit trusts and property joint ventures.
