Amanda is an Associate in the Corporate Group

Amanda advises on a range of mainstream corporate transactions, including (amongst other things) joint ventures, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of Olswang's Leisure and Retail Group and the Real Estate Group.

Amanda works for a number of clients in both the leisure and property industry and has advised on numerous reorganisations, corporate property acquisitions and disposals, property unit trusts and property joint ventures.
