Ben advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial tax matters including tax planning on corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, management buy-outs and other private equity transactions, flotations, re-organisations, demergers and reconstructions, together with advising on international tax issues and indirect taxation such as VAT and stamp duty. Ben also advises regularly on the tax issues relevant to property investment and the establishment of property funds including stamp duty land tax planning, VAT and capital allowances
