Louise Lambert


Louise is an Associate in the Media Litigation Group

Louise specialises in contentious media work, in particular defamation, breach of confidence/privacy and copyright. Working with the Film department, Louise also provides libel and other pre-filming content advice to production companies.

Louise recently acted for Guardian News and Media in the defence of a libel action brought by a multivitamin salesman in respect of articles regarding his activities in relation to people living with HIV/AIDS in South Africa. Previously, she acted for a major international conglomerate in connection with the threatened disclosure of confidential information to a minority shareholder. Louise also advises a number of celebrities and other individuals on privacy issues.
