Cliona advises on a wide range of tax issues including employee incentives, corporate sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and group restructurings. Her particular area of specialism is film financing including providing advice upon obtaining the film tax credit and EIS relief. She also advises regularly on the tax issues relevant to property investment and setting up property funds including capital allowances, VAT and stamp duty land tax planning.
