Victoria is a member of Olswang's Human Resources team. 

Based from our London office, the team provides business partnering, employee relations, recruitment and resourcing, compensation and benefits and training and development expertise to staff in each of Olswang's offices. Our role in HR is to get to know, support, develop and motivate the very best people that make Olswang a distinctive and exciting place to work and contribute.  We safeguard the firm's culture and ensure that the Olswang community is thriving at every level and in every jurisdiction and we find new ways of working to respond flexibly to life's challenges.

Victoria has over 13 years experience of recruitment within professional services.

Victoria holds an MSc in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
