Providing both operational day to day services alongside more strategic activities, including areas such as talent management and engagement, HR work in true partnership with the business to help to deliver the firm's objectives.

Sarah is the HR business partner for the Real Estate, IP and Litigation groups, as well as the Business Services functions. She also has responsibility for HR support to the Paris and Brussels offices.
