With experience in corporate taxation, Rui focuses on acquisition and restructuring transactions. His practice also covers VAT, transfer pricing and structuring investments whether inside or outside of France.
He provides advice on individual income tax and wealth tax issues for French or foreign residents.
Rui has been specializing in the e-commerce industry. He has an expertise in the tax treatment of operational flows and monetisation such as affiliate marketing. He also has specific experience in the structuring and follow-up of investments by French private equity funds ("FCPR fiscaux").
A dual citizen of France and Portugal, Rui's native language is French. He speaks English and Portuguese as well.
Educated at the University of Paris XI Sceaux and EDHEC Business School, Rui is a member of the Paris Bar Association.
