Nikki is a Canadian qualified lawyer and patent agent specializing in electronics and communications. 

Nikki handles all stages of the Patent process, including drafting, prosecution, opposition and litigation.  She has experience in drafting and prosecuting applications in Canada, Europe and the US.  Nikki is also experienced in providing freedom to operate and infringement opinions for clients

Nikki graduated from Queen's University (Canada) with a degree in Electrical Engineering (First Class Honours).  Nikki then worked in her native Canada as an engineer for five years becoming a registered professional engineer in 2003. As a an engineer Nikki helped to design and implement a new data network backbone for a large manufacturing company, and implement and test an integrated communication system for a large public transit organization. 

Nikki subsequently obtained a law degree from the University of Toronto (Canada).  She was admitted as a solicitor and barrister of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008 and as a Canadian patent agent in 2010.  She is currently working towards qualification as a solicitor of England & Wales and a European patent attorney.

Nikki has experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Canada, Europe and the US.
