With more than 15 years experience in the technology sector, Gillian advises clients on a range of legal issues affecting the sector.  She has particular experience in the development and licensing of software and in large scale system development and outsourcing projects.

As a former Legal Director at Microsoft, Gillian was involved in the negotiation of the company's public sector supply contracts and advised the business on compliance and regulatory issues.
