Filip has been an associate in Olswang's Brussels office since 2005. He has been working on a broad range of issues in the area of EU and Belgian Competition Law (abuse of dominant position, cartels and merger control, mainly in the Telecom and Media sectors) and EU and Belgian electronic communications law.

Educated at the Catholic University of Leuven (Dutch) and the Free University of Brussels (French Master in EU Business Law), Filip Ragolle has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1998.

Filip Ragolle has been involved in a large number of competition and regulatory litigation files in the telecom sector, representing the Belgian incumbent telecom operator before the competition authorities and the Belgian courts.

His work in the telecoms and media sectors also includes telecom regulation, soccer broadcasting rights, merger filings, etc.

Filip Ragolle has also dealt with a number of trade law and State aid cases.
