Fabrizio has been a partner at Olswang for 12 years and Head of the Corporate Group since 2007. Fabrizio's experience extends across the entire corporate spectrum including finance, private equity deals, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, company and business sales and international joint ventures. He is an Italian speaker and advises both UK and US clients investing in the UK and Continental Europe.
As Head of the award-winning Corporate Group, Fabrizio's commercial focus has lead the group's Tier 1 ranking in Legal500 (2011) for its M&A mid-market practice as well as receiving the Law Firm of the Year award at the 2011 M&A Awards.
Fabrizio frequently provides comment in legal publications and has made regular conference appearances in the UK and continental Europe speaking on Mergers and Acquisitions. He was a visiting lecturer on English Law at Milan State University.
