Elle has 15 years' experience in advising clients in the media and technology sectors from large corporations and household names to new tech start ups and entrepreneurs providing strategic and day to day advice to help them innovate, grow and succeed.
She has particular experience in digital media, complex technology and procurement transactions and advisory work including ecommerce, data and data protection and the acquisition and exploitation of content rights across traditional and emerging platforms. Renowned for being meticulous and a calm voice of reason, Elle is also loved by her clients for being personable and commercial in her approach and advice.
Having spent the last 3 years setting up the firm's Asia operations from a base in Singapore, Elle also has a wealth of knowledge about Asia and continues to act as a bridge between the firm's European and Asia operations, helping companies tap into respective markets and navigate international matters.

Elle is author of the third edition of Gringras: The Laws of the Internet which was published in February 2008 and is a key legal text book covering laws relevant to ecommerce including copyright, online contracting, data protection and content related issues.
She also heads up Olswang's Green Team and sits on its CR board and has taken Olswang to be a multi-award winning green business and herself earned Camden's "Exceptional contribution by an individual to their organisation’s environmental performance" award in 2011.
