(i) ING Real Estate Development UK LImited in the negotiation and completion of a development agreement with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for the regeneration of part of the Maidenhead Town Centre;
(ii) Legal & General and MEC UK Ltd in their joint development relating to the letting of the offices, retail and restaurant units at Central St. Giles, London W1 where the lettings have included NBC Universal, Mindshare Limited, Ask Restaurants and Peyton & Byrne.
(iii) Guoman Hotels in the refinancing of two Central London Hotels
(iv) Location 3 Properties Limited in relation to the conditional purchase, letting, construction and forward sale of a retail warehouse in Norfolk
