David advises on all aspects of real estate particularly site assembly; contracts conditional upon planning letting and funding; profit sharing and overage agreements; structuring legal documentation for mixed use schemes including social housing; forward funding and property finance. He has experience of advising on purchase, sales and lettings of all types of commercial property including offices, industrial, retail and warehouse units, restaurant and hotel uses.

David's recent experience includes acting for:-

(i) ING Real Estate Development UK LImited in the negotiation and completion of a development agreement with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for the regeneration of part of the Maidenhead Town Centre;

(ii) Legal & General and MEC UK Ltd in their joint development relating to the letting of the offices, retail and restaurant units at Central St. Giles, London W1 where the lettings have included NBC Universal, Mindshare Limited, Ask Restaurants and Peyton & Byrne.

(iii) Guoman Hotels in the refinancing of two Central London Hotels

(iv) Location 3 Properties Limited in relation to the conditional purchase, letting, construction and forward sale of a retail warehouse in Norfolk

He also regularly acts for RO Developments Limited and Royal Mail Group Limited.
