Chris has been a partner in Olswang's Corporate Group for 12 years.  He specialises in mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on private equity transactions, acting for institutions and management teams.  Chris works alongside Olswang's international Corporate team that extends across offices in Germany, Spain, France and Singapore.

Chris' transactional focus includes management and institutional buy-outs/buy-ins as well as development capital deals.  He has, in many cases, continued to act for the clients post-buy-out/buy-in, in relation to general corporate work.  This includes advising on acquisitions, disposals and navigating through to the complexities of flotations or sales.

• RDF Media Group, one of the UK's largest independent TV production and distribution companies, on its acquisition by Paris-based Zodiak Entertainment;

• Mourant Services Limited, a provider of offshore legal and administration services, on the sale of its personal wealth business to Royal Bank of Canada and on the sale of its fund administration business to US bank State Street Corporation;

• ISIS Equity Partners on its investment in Digico, a fast growing technology led business which designs and manufactures digital mixing consoles;

• the shareholders of The Capital Partnership Group, an independent asset manager, on the sale of the company to a subsidiary of Saudi banking group, NCB Capital;

• the shareholders of Pathway Care, the UK's fourth largest independent fostering agency, on the sale of the company to Fostering Solutions; and

• Zodiak Media Group on its acquisition of Bwark, the independent producer of award winning comedy series The Inbetweeners, Zodiak's first deal since acquiring RDF Media Group.
