Campbell has represented clients successfully in patent litigation in a large number of patent cases over recent years in various technologies, focusing on pharmaceuticals and information technology. His practice also includes managing significant cross boarder multi-jurisdiction issues relating to patent litigation, SPC's, administrative actions arising out of patent litigation and other complex disputes, including domain name issues.
He is also at the forefront of alternate fees in litigation, including innovative work on conditional fee agreements, after the event insurance and third party funding of patent and IP cases. He recently wrote a chapter on alternative funding of IP litigation in the Innovation Handbook.
He is a member of the Intellectual Property Lawyer's Association, TIPLO and is a solicitor advocate.
