Anna principally acts for employers ranging from multi-national corporations to small and medium size enterprises across a variety of business sectors.  In addition, she is regularly instructed by Senior Executives.

As an employment law specialist, Anna advises clients on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including transnational projects and employment litigation, as well as supporting businesses in respect of day to day employment and industrial relations issues.

She has extensive experience of employment tribunal litigation and strategy, having been instructed in various high-value discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, TUPE and contractual claims. 

Anna's recent experience includes:

• Defending complex employment tribunal proceedings for a leading global technology company, including high value claims for equal pay, whistleblowing, TUPE and discrimination throughout the United Kingdom.
   
• Advising a global brand publisher on the implications of TUPE and redundancies in an insolvency situation and managing ensuing litigation.
   
• Providing a legal opinion for a high profile MEP on employment status together with strategic advice in relation to threatened litigation.
   
• Advising a multi national group on the enforceability of restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions in England & Wales, including assessing the multi-jurisdictional aspects of their portfolio and liaising with third party legal teams worldwide.
   
• Strategic advice on employment and industrial relations issues including union recognition, outsourcing, re-organisations, redundancy programmes, managing sickness absence and the negotiation of senior executive terminations.  

She has also undertaken a successful secondment to the BBC's in-house legal department, which afforded her the opportunity to understand client needs from a different perspective.
