Advising a multi national group on the enforceability of restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions in England & Wales, including assessing the multi-jurisdictional aspects of their portfolio and liaising with third party legal teams worldwide.

Strategic advice on employment and industrial relations issues including union recognition, outsourcing, re-organisations, redundancy programmes, managing sickness absence and the negotiation of senior executive terminations.
