As a member of Olswang's multi-practice know-how team, Angela provides legal support for Olswang's corporate lawyers and their clients. With over 20 years' experience in company law, Angela's role focuses on:
- using her technical skills to maintain and enhance Olswang's corporate knowledge resources;
- tracking company law changes as they develop and assessing the implications for Olswang and its clients;
- working with Olswang's international offices to ensure a consistent and co-ordinated approach to managing firm-wide corporate knowledge; and
- providing training on company law topics.
Angela is co-editor and contributor to Olswang Corporate Quarterly, a regular review of topical issues published by Olswang's corporate team. She also edits the Guide to doing Business in the UK, an Olswang publication available on our website.
Angela has spoken on a range of company law topics at both external events and events for Olswang clients.
