Olswang advises Gold Medal Acquisitions UK Limited

Olswang has advised Gold Medal Acquisitions UK Limited, a joint venture between SV Life Sciences and The Halifax Group, on its £11.5m recommended takeover offer for Fulcrum Pharma plc, the AIM-quoted, professional services group which provides solutions for the development of therapeutic products.
The Olswang team comprised Max Audley, David Davies, Gary Moore and Ken Wilkinson.
Fulcrum Pharma plc. were advised by Pinsent Masons.
