Olswang acted for the sellers of the commercial and residential property partnership EA Shaw, in the sale of the Covent Garden-based business to the CBRE Group, a leading global commercial real estate services and investment firm.
Founded in 1899, EA Shaw has an exceptional track record of commercial and residential property projects, including the residential portfolio for Soho Estates. EA Shaw will now become part of CBRE'sCentral Londonbusiness under the leadership of Adam Hetherington.
