The Euromoney Legal Media Group has recognised Olswang's German practice with the Europe Women in Business Law Award 2012 for Germany. The prizes were awarded last week to leading female lawyers and partnerships who set standards in terms of female friendly working practices in law firms.
The Euromoney Legal Media Group awards the prizes in collaboration with Women in Law, Women in Law International and EWMD International. The firm award recognises the best initiatives in diversity, innovation, female minorities, mentoring, work-life-balance, pro-bono-activities and talent-management. In the judging process, the initiative is scrutinised with a focus on its practicality.
Euromoney Legal Media Group hopes that this prize will encourage a higher standard in female-friendly work practices and focuses on the achievements of women in business law.
