Olswang advises shareholders of TVC Group on its acquisition by The Economist Group

Olswang's market leading Corporate team have acted for the shareholders of TVC Group on its sale to The Economist Group. 

TVC is the award winning marketing and communications agency based in London which specialises in a content driven approach to public relations and creative services focussed on digital and broadcast. 

Olswang acted for ISIS Equity Partners on its original investment in July 2008 on behalf of its clients the Baronsmead VCTs and subsequently acted as Corporate counsel to TVC Group.  Olswang's strength in depth across its Corporate and Tax groups as well as its market leading media and tech expertise were key in their being selected to advise the shareholders on the disposal.
