Olswang LLP, Europe's leading media, technology and communications law firm, has advised Shine Group on its recent move into the children's market through a joint venture with Andrew Davenport, creator of the popular BBC series, "In the Night Garden", and co-creator of "Teletubbies".
Over the past 18 months, Olswang has helped Shine Group diversify its business portfolio with the acquisition of the social gaming specialist Bossa Studios and on-line broadcaster ChannelFlip.
