Olswang has been awarded 'Real Estate Law Firm of the Year 2011'

The prestigious JUVE Awards 2011 have been presented in Frankfurt where Olswang received the award for 'Real Estate Law Firm of the Year 2011'. This marks the second such accolade for Olswang who won JUVE's Media Law Firm of the Year award in 2010. 

The jurors based their decision on the remarkable client portfolio which the team has established in a record time of just two years. Furthermore, they were impressed by the team, led by Head of Olswang's German Real Estate group, Christian Schede, who, in collaboration with Martin Wiemann, Peter Schorling and Claudia Hard, has successfully managed to integrate the firm's Real Estate, Corporate and Finance teams thus giving clients more holistic and commercially-relevant advice. The JUVE editors summarised their judgement by saying that Olswang's Real Estate practice is "developing rapidly and is well-positioned to reach the very top of the market".

Christian Schede commented: "JUVE has appreciated the excellent work of a courageous and entrepreneurial team which has managed to attract and sustain client confidence in our high-profile legal advice and commercially-focussed expertise".
