The Duties of the Employer under the Minimum Wage Act

On July 11, 2014, the Bundesrat approved the latest draft of the Minimum Wage Act (Mindestlohngesetz - MiLoG), a law proposed by the federal government. The law will come into effect on January 1, 2015.

Olswang advises PackLink on its Series B $9m financing led by Accel Partners

International TMT law firm Olswang has advised PackLink, the European online package shipping marketplace, on its series B financing led by Accel Partners in which existing Series A investor Active Venture Partners also participated. The funding pulled in $9 million and raises the total funding achieved to date to $11 million.
