Digital Money Task Force
Our Digital Money Task Force was established in late 2009 in response to demand for legal advice that combines financial services, legal and regulatory advice for the constantly evolving technology and telecoms sectors.
A team of partners from across our financial services, telecoms, and technology groups focus on providing solutions to the issues raised by next generation digital money and payment systems.
The launch of the Digital Money Task Force coincided with Olswang's Digital Money +TECHNOLOGY event. Olswang's approach is to consider the landscape from a number of different perspectives: credit and debit cards, internet payments, prepaid and contactless, mobile, micropayments and virtual worlds.
