Olswang LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC343050 which provides services from its offices in England, Belgium and Germany. It is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Services from Olswang offices in other jurisdictions are provided by its affiliated businesses which are separate and distinct legal entities. Where the context allows, references to "Olswang", "the firm", "we", "us" or "our" are to the applicable legal entity.

We use the word partner to refer to a member of Olswang LLP, or to a member, employee or consultant of any of its affiliated businesses with equivalent standing and qualification.
Olswang LLP is registered for VAT purposes with VAT registration number 945 6395 82.
This firm is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority. However, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Services Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity - broadly advising on, selling and the administration of insurance contracts. The register can be accessed via the Financial Services Authority website here. The Law Society is our designated professional body for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
