Clive Gringras authored "Gringras: Laws of the Internet" first in 1997. The third edition, edited by senior associate Elle Todd was published in 2009. The textbook is used by many practitioners and continues to be the leading text.

Sir Robin Jacob LJ (Court of Appeal judge) wrote about the book saying:
