An experienced and high
quality team of over 100 litigators to handle your dispute -
wherever and however it occurs.
No-one asks to become involved in a dispute, but it is almost
inevitable that your business will encounter situations where you
need the advice and assistance of a specialist disputes lawyer.
No two disputes are alike. Our clients need to know that their
problem is being considered and addressed on its individual merits.
This means bringing to bear not only our knowledge of the sectors
in which our clients operate, and the context in which their
disputes arise, but also our expertise in resolving disputes in an
innovative and cost effective fashion.
We have an experienced and high quality team of over 100
litigators located across all of our offices, which means we can
put together the right team to handle your dispute, wherever and
however it occurs.
We are involved in groundbreaking and high profile cases, but
our expertise extends further; the majority of matters on which our
input is sought do not reach Court. We work with our clients to
seek the solutions that are right for their business. We strive to
provide the highest quality, honest, legal and strategic advice in
representing you and advising you in your dispute, whether before a
Court or Tribunal, in mediation or alternative dispute resolution,
or in advising you as to your position and the approach to adopt
prior to any formal dispute process.
The expertise and experience of our litigation team spans the
full range of disputes, from rent review through to high value
multi-jurisdictional disputes, from pursuing defamation actions on
behalf of high profile individuals through to complex
whistleblowing cases.
