Advised StrikeAd, the London and New York based mobile advertising specialists, on its £2 million second round investment from venture capital firm DFJ Esprit.
Advised the founder shareholders of Autifony Therapeutics Limited ("ATL") and ATL, a newly-established biotechnology company, in relation to the acquisition of certain clinical assets from GlaxoSmithKline; the Series A fundraising carried out by ATL raising £10.4 million from a syndicate of leading life science investors; and the related shareholder arrangements between the founder shareholders, GlaxoSmithKline and the new institutional investors.
Advised MVM Life Science Partners LLP, Abingworth LLP and their respective investment funds, venture capital investors in the life sciences industry, on their £13 million subscription for shares in Lombard Medical Technologies Limited (Lombard), the AIM quoted medical technology developer as part of a secondary fundraising by Lombard through which it sought to raise a total of up to £27.5 million.
