Legal & General - advised Legal & General upon their Central Saint Giles development and their redevelopment and forward funding of a 200,000 square foot leisure park in Aldershot.

Kaupthing Bank - advised Kaupthing in its joint venture with Aviva Investors and Exemplar Properties to develop the former Middlesex Hospital site in London's West End. 

Heron International - acted for Heron on its joint venture with AREA Property Partners to develop The Heron, a luxury 38 floor residential tower adjoining the Barbican in the City of London.  We also advised on the £115 million construction financing. 

Royal Mail Group - acting for Royal Mail upon the management and redevelopment of its sorting office portfolio.

Liberty Living - acting for Liberty Living on their student accommodation portfolios and development pipeline.

ING Real Estate Development - acted for ING on their 300,000 sq ft town centre development scheme at Maidenhead and 100,000 sq ft town centre development scheme at Chippenham.
