Kaupthing Bank - advised Kaupthing in its joint
venture with Aviva Investors and Exemplar Properties to develop the
former Middlesex Hospital site in London's West End.
Heron International - acted for Heron on its
joint venture with AREA Property Partners to develop The Heron, a
luxury 38 floor residential tower adjoining the Barbican in
