The Olswang Pride and Equality Network (OPEN) has been supporting Diversity Role Models for the last year, Both Trainee Solicitor Sarah Rock and Partner David Saunders have been trained to be Diversity Role Models and have both attended the Heathland School in Hounslow, London, most recently on 15 November 2012, to raise awareness about LGBT discrimination.

Olswang and seven other City law firms will be holding a pioneering LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) graduate recruitment event. DiversCity will provide an afternoon of seminars, skills sessions and networking opportunities for LGBT students interested in a career as a lawyer in the City.

On Friday 28 September the Berlin office was transformed into a broadcasting hub when the FridayatSix team set up camp on the sixteenth floor. Never one to do things by halves, Olswang not only agreed to host the show, but more ambitiously, to air it live from the dizzying heights of the rooftop terrace.
