We also regularly represent some of our mainstream media clients as they seek to joint venture, distribute or franchise their brands, formats and concepts into Australia.

Olswang also courts a select number of firms in Australia and has developed strong referral relationships and exchange of know how, helped by the fact that several of our partners are Australian born, bred and trained in the sophisticated Australian legal market.  More and more, we see clients of the firm using Australia as a springboard into the exciting Asian market and we expect to be able to service Australian clients out of our Singapore office.
